Salter’s Must Chup
Tunbridge Wells-based Must Chup Original is a subtle blend of Grain, Dijon, English and yellow mustards with fresh tomato sauce. The grain mustard and finely chopped onions gives the sauce texture and the acidity of the lemon juice provides a lovely balance with the sweetness from the tomatoes. Best for Kids and non-Chilli lovers and those who want great flavour without heat.

The Wooden Spoon make superb chutneys and sauces from their base in Wye, Kent. This Chilli Jam has a gentle Bite to it, with a hot yet sweet flavour combining the Chillies with Garlic, Onion and Chopped Root Ginger. It is a perfect partner for cheese and cold meat dishes, and its sticky texture makes an ideal marinade for barbecues and grills.
