Jess teaches yoga in and around Sevenoaks and afar and offers private classes, global retreats, school work, adults group classes, kids classes and workshops and is also qualifies in pre and post natal yoga. From taking Jess’s classes you will gain increased strength, flexibility, agility, control and flow. You may also notice benefits such as being more alert, more aware and conscious of your surroundings, your environment and your life, seeing your surroundings in a more positive, graceful, organic way, simply by asking you to be aware of every movement you take on the mat. So in essence you can take the disciplines and work done on the mat, out into your life.

£30 for 30 days of unlimited yoga – Live classes via zoom for the household, every day! And also access to hundreds of YogiTribe classes via the class library. Yoga for everyone from beginners classes, to kids classes, from dynamic hot and sweaty classes to relaxing yin yoga and also core strength and resistance band training to spice it up. 

Mini Retreats – £99 for one, or two places for £175 These retreats are suitable for all abilities from beginner to a regular practitioner. The mini retreat day will consist of yoga to make you glow, guided meditation to help you de-stress, dream & create, a gong bath, a nourishing healthy lunch from Birch’s, an afternoon yin yoga & a gorgeous goody bag to take away. 

Private Yoga Class – £40 for a private yoga class via zoom. Tailored to you whether you are recovering from an injury, or a total beginner looking to explore and learn, or perhaps want a class with a few friends or family, or whether you are a seasoned practitioner wanting to focus on nailing an arm balance we will tailor the class to fit in with your needs.

A group yoga class – £10 choose from a variety of live group classes via zoom with something for everyone available.
